At the moment, I offer private tuition and grinds in Maths (at both secondary & primary school level), Physics, Applied Maths, Chemistry, Construction Studies, Science (at both secondary & primary school level) & Technical Graphics. This includes Higher and Ordinary levels of all subjects.
As I have a Masters in Business, I aim to include Economics, Business and Accountancy at Leaving Cert level & Business Studies at Junior Cert level in the offering. As these are not technical subjects, they may require a separate website, and with this in mind I own the web address BusinessTuition.ie.

My Goals For You
To maximise your grade in Maths. There’s a lot of latent Maths talent and potential out there that just needs the correct approach and Tutor to unleash it!
To help you achieve a H6 grade or higher at Leaving Cert Higher Level in order to get the 25 bonus CAO points. Of course, like I allude to above, you may be capable of a H1 grade.
To assist you in achieving the minimum result required to study a particular 3rd– level course – e.g. an Engineering Degree or Masters. Again, you may be aiming higher than this and be able to achieve top marks.

My Methods to Achieve These Goals
The format of the sessions will be dictated by your requirements, but I’ve found that there are two main ways to do this.
Format 1: The Exam Solutions Programme
This first method is the most popular and probably the most effective if you’re trying to get the best grade you can. It would suit students who basically understand the course content but need to work on exam strategy. We’ll cover questions from the past 5 Years.
I would suggest a minimum of 10 hours.
We’ll go through as many past papers or questions from the last five years as we can in the space of the ten hours. This programme can be booked multiple times if you wish in order to cover more past papers or questions.
Format 2: Short & Sharp Tutoring
The second approach is based on you understanding the course content better. It would involve us going step by step through areas of the syllabus you’re finding particularly challenging. This could be based on your textbook including worked examples and exercises or your teacher’s class notes. I would suggest between 1 to 3 Sessions for this. We could look at one specific part of the course during one session for example and you could also spread the sessions out over a long period.
You could also mix the two formats or simply have single tuition sessions now and again over either one or two school years – it’s entirely up to you.
